Alexander Chepurnoy is planting a church to reach Russian-speaking people in Minneapolis and Fiodor Baraniuk coordinates the BMA of America’s outreach to Russian-speaking people both in the U.S. and in the former Soviet Union. Both were present in Bethel’s services to speak.
